No time? No problem. This workout program features a week’s worth of workouts, all less than 15 minutes long. Squeeze them in during your lunch break and do them almost anywhere. Equipment required: Sturdy bed or chair, Kettlebell (optional) An energizing, full-body workout that will help you reach your fitness goals. Combining cardio, strength training, and stretching, the class will help you build muscle and increase endurance. We use a variety of equipment to keep things interesting, and the instructor provides modifications for all levels. This class is perfect for anyone looking to get a great workout in a fun and supportive environment.
